Everything we do happens in-house. We sell, support, implement, manage and continuously improve our platform ourselves. As a graduate, you will join one core area of the business but gain exposure to how the whole company operates. You will work on real projects from day one, speak to customers, collaborate across teams and take on meaningful responsibility early.
Our graduate scheme is designed to accelerate your growth. You will start alongside a cohort of other graduates, learn directly from experienced team members and progress based on performance, not time served. There is no fixed path. As you prove yourself, your role grows with you

What we're looking for

A 2:1 degree or above in any subject

Strong A-levels (ideally BBB or above)

Fundamental IT skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)

Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
