Location: Manchester, UK Starting salary: £25,000

· Have achieved a 2:1 undergraduate degree in any subject

· Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme

· Ability to be on site 5 days a week

· Openness to working shifts (daytime/early evening)

About the Role

As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll oversee the performance of several third-party vendors and ensure their services run smoothly. You won’t be doing hands-on technical troubleshooting — instead, you’ll take ownership of service issues, track progress, communicate updates, and make sure everything is delivered on time and to the expected standard. This role is ideal if you enjoy coordination, communication and keeping work moving.

What You’ll Do

· Support day-to-day operations by ensuring all activities are monitored and progressed appropriately.

· Ensure daily operational activities run smoothly by maintaining clear oversight of all open work.

· Maintain strong operational control by keeping track of ongoing tasks and ensuring timely progression.

· Contribute to smooth operational delivery by ensuring all service activities are effectively managed.
