Graduate Trainee Accountant

Join McBrides Accountants as a graduate trainee-chartered accountant this summer, focused on owner-managed businesses with experienced professionals to support your development.

About You

You will have – or be expecting – a 2:1 degree in addition to A levels in any subject at grades B and above (or equivalent) and will commence a three-year ACA training programme.

You will demonstrate good communication and organisational skills, and a willingness to learn.

What's on offer?

From day one, you’ll be gaining practical experience across a wide variety of our client work, relevant to your studies. During your training, you’ll also receive full support towards your studies in the form of paid exam fees, study courses and study leave, as well as four weeks’ annual leave (with bank holidays on top). An assigned mentor will provide you with day-to-day feedback on your progress.

You will benefit from having a peer group of other trainees at various stages of studying to help you with questions and settling in, plus you’ll be working directly with partners, managers and clients from day one.
