The Investment20/20 Programme

We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted be recruiting for a number of 12-month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an engaging role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.

These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates and non-graduates. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, and methodical individual to join our UK Distribution as a Junior Client Support Executive. This individual will support to the UK Distribution team and their clients

You will be involved in:

  • Providing support to the Sales (all UK channels) & UK Distribution Management teams on a daily basis
  • Assisting with Sales Enablement across the UK Distribution Team via the processing and interrogation of data to create useful insights and uncover opportunities.
  • Cleansing and maintenance of data within Salesforce.
  • Supporting our work with internal and external data vendors.
  • Proactively identifying ways to create efficiencies to support better client outcomes
  • Monitoring of the Sales Admin email inbox including answering general enquiries, or forwarding on emails in a timely manner to other departments.
  • Generating ideas and identify opportunities to create efficiencies within established processes in order to innovate and streamline UK Distribution

  • Adaptive and responsive to changes in client needs and the industry environment
  • Great written communication skills 
  • Excellent verbal skills with the ability to build rapport easily
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail and high-quality outputs

Please Note:

  • We are unable to accept industry placement year students onto this programme.
  • We require all applicants to have the right to work in the UK from the start date until at least January 2027
  • Please do not apply if you have already completed the Investment20/20 programme at another firm

The assessment process will include:

  • CV Review
  • Video Interview (containing both video and written questions)
  • Final Interview
  • Start date of the programme: October 2025
  • Salary: £26,500 per annum
