The Investment20/20 Programme

We are proud to be a part of the Investment20/20 initiative, and we are delighted be recruiting for a number of 12-month placements across the business. You’ll have the chance to play an engaging role and contribute to the success of the function, and with this you’ll gain industry knowledge and experience whilst developing relationships.

These roles are traineeship opportunities, so we are specifically looking for school leavers, college leavers, graduates and non-graduates. We offer entry level work experiences that will inspire and challenge you!

What are we looking for?

Do you have a keen interest in technology and how it can be used to shape an organisation? Do you consider yourself organised? Do you enjoy working with others and collaborating on projects? We are looking for a Technology Associate who would like to work in our agile engineering technology teams and learn about the role of a business analyst and project manager. Our engineering team design, build, test, and maintain technology solutions that help Invesco achieve its goals.

You will be involved in:

  • Participating in the delivery of technology solutions end to end
  • Learning and applying business analysis and project management techniques
  • Learning about the functions within a technology department.

What do we need from you?

  • Keen interest in technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel is helpful
  • Knowledge of the agile scrum process would be beneficial, but not essential
  • To be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude to learning

Please Note:

  • We are unable to accept industry placement year students onto this programme.
  • We require all applicants to have the right to work in the UK from the start date until at least January 2027
  • Please do not apply if you have already completed the Investment20/20 programme at another firm
