At Whytematter, we’re looking for a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join our agency environment, working closely alongside our media team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your knowledge of advertising and media while developing hands-on experience across campaign delivery and client support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the media team with day-to-day campaign administration
- Assisting with reporting, bookings, and campaign coordination
- Communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Helping ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met
- Providing general administrative support across media activity
What we’re looking for:
- A degree in marketing or a related discipline
- Around 1 year of experience in a marketing or agency setting
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Confident communication, both written and verbal
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Someone keen to build a long-term career within an agency environment
