Support and Development
We pride ourselves on providing excellent support to our new colleagues by offering a comprehensive preceptorship programme, which aims to facilitate the transition of the student to the role of a qualified practitioner by supporting the development of essential knowledge and skills.
As a registered nurse, you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of high quality, effective, and compassionate nursing interventions. This includes assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of holistic and individualised care. This will be in line with local, Trust wide, and national policies, procedures, values, and behaviours.
