We are looking for a technically curious, creative self-starter who understands how to leverage technology intelligently to create meaningful engagement with real people.

The Role

As a Marketing Intern at Qomply, you will work closely with senior leaders across marketing, sales, and product to help position our technology in the market and support business growth. At the end of the internship, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent role, subject to business needs and alignment with the candidate’s skills and interests.

You will:

  • Create and optimise marketing content for the website, campaigns, and client communications

  • Interview senior leaders and translate technical insight into clear, compelling written materials

  • Support SEO strategy and execution to attract, engage, and convert the right audiences

  • Work with HTML and CMS tools to publish and maintain website content

  • Create and optimise marketing content across the website, campaigns, and client communications

  • Ensure content is optimised for visibility across search engines and AI agents

  • Use HTML and CMS tools to publish, maintain, and cross-link website content effectively

  • Create and Apply AI-driven tools responsibly to improve the effectiveness and scalability of marketing activities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and spreadsheets to track KPIs and generate actionable insights

  • Support sales outreach and pipeline development using data-driven techniques

This role offers real responsibility and exposure — not busywork.

What You Need:

  • Completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology or related degree

  • High technical aptitude and the ability to leverage technology effectively

  • An understanding of the buyer’s perspective and how prospects evaluate solutions

  • Experience or exposure to digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, or SEO

  • An understanding of how to measure engagement, detect buying signals, and interpret audience behaviour

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Professionalism, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine desire to learn

  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus

  • B2B exposure is a major advantage

You should have:

  • A keen interest in technology and its commercial application

  • SEO experience and an understanding of how audiences discover and evaluate solutions

  • Familiarity with HTML and publishing content for the web

  • Excellent writing skills, including interviewing stakeholders and producing high-quality materials

  • An interest in learning AI-enabled techniques for lead generation and audience targeting

  • An understanding of how buying signals work and how prospects engage with solutions

  • The ability to work independently, take ownership, and remain accountable for outcomes

  • The ability to work effectively in a team and under pressurised timelines

  • Keen desire to work in finance or in a finance environment

  • High levels of drive, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
