•£27,100
This role is designed specifically for undergraduate students seeking a placement year or industrial placement as part of their degree programme.
Our Recruitment & Resourcing (R&R) team currently includes 12 collaborative professionals, all sitting within the wider People Team, which is made up of over 40 friendly, dedicated colleagues. Together, we support the firm across five key areas: Recruitment & Resourcing, Human Resources, People Analytics, Talent Development, and People Business Partnering.
Within our R&R team, we have 3 professionals focused on attracting, assessing and onboarding approximately 110 trainees per year, in addition to coordinating our work experience, internship and school outreach activities. In July 2026, we’ll be looking for our next placement student, to work closely with our Early Talent Advisor and Senior Advisor, to play a critical role to support the end-to-end early talent recruitment process.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role involving high volumes of application screening, virtual interview reviews, inbox management and onboarding administration. Alongside this, you’ll also have the opportunity to support strategic projects that enhance candidate experience, improve operational efficiency, and develop our early talent offerings — including work experience, internships and EDI initiatives.
