Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a graduate to gain first-hand, practical experience of education through active participation in boarding life.

• Support boys in our Boys' Boarding House.
• Assist with co-curricular activities at our Senior School.
• Contribute to our thriving sports and games programme.

Genuine Occupational Requirement

This role is based in our Boys' Boarding House and is open to male applicants only. This is a genuine occupational qualification in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act.

Contract and Working Hours

• Fixed-term contract of one year.
• Term-time only (35 weeks), plus additional contracted overtime to cover Exeat weekends.
• 48 hours per week.
• Live-in position; accommodation and meals provided.

Salary

£20,800 per annum.
