Genuine Occupational Requirement

This role is based in our Boys' Boarding House and is open to male applicants only. This is a genuine occupational qualification in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act.

Contract and Working Hours

  • Fixed-term contract of one year.
  • Term-time only (35 weeks), plus additional contracted overtime to cover Exeat weekends.
  • 48 hours per week.
  • Live-in position; accommodation and meals provided.

Salary

£20,800 per annum.
