The Restructuring team works with businesses facing financial challenges, helping them navigate complex situations such as insolvency, turnaround, and recovery. We provide strategic advice to stakeholders, support distressed businesses, and help preserve value. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of industries and develop deep expertise in financial analysis, stakeholder management, and restructuring strategies.

What you'll do

• Work with a variety of clients, from FTSE-listed companies to fast-growing start-ups, across sectors like financial services, public sector, and technology.

• Get involved from day one, contributing to real advisory projects - from business transformation and risk management to forensic investigations and performance improvement.

• Take on responsibility quickly owning tasks that challenge your thinking and build your confidence.

• Collaborate with experienced colleagues turning complex business issues into clear, actionable solutions.

• Support clients through strategic and operational challenges, helping them improve performance, manage risk, and achieve sustainable growth.
