Use of AI

Candidate Usage: We recognise that AI tools can be useful for research and preparation. However, we encourage you to ensure that any application you submit reflects your own experiences, motivations, and achievements. The strongest applications are those that are authentic, personalised and written in the candidate's own voice. Where AI is used, it should support your thinking rather than replace it.

How Knight Frank Use AI: We may use AI-enabled tools to enhance the recruitment experience, including supporting candidates during the application process and assisting with aspects of application review. However, every application is reviewed by a member of our Early Careers team, and all recruitment decisions involve human assessment and judgement. We are committed to ensuring that candidates are evaluated fairly, consistently, and holistically.
