Kickstart Your Property Career with Us – Summer Internship 2026 (15 June – 10 July)

Looking to gain real hands-on experience and make your CV stand out? Our Summer Internship programme is your chance to explore the property industry and see what life at Carter Jonas is all about.

• 4 weeks of paid work experience (starting 15 June 2026)

We welcome students ideally in their penultimate year or above (including postgraduates). Whilst we encourage applicants studying RICS or RTPI accredited degrees, we’re also open to students from other disciplines who are curious and eager to learn more about a career in property.

Where can you join us?
Our internships are available across a range of teams – Commercial (includes valuations, property asset management, land & tenant and building surveying), Rural, Infrastructure, Residential (sales & lettings), and Planning & Development - across our network of offices including our London Head Office as well as regional offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Harrogate, Leeds, Manchester, Northampton, Oxford, Shrewsbury, Warrington, Winchester, and York.

What we’re looking for:

• Hardworking, motivated students (ideally in second or third year)
• Passion for real estate and enthusiasm to learn
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Team players who are proactive and reliable
