Contract:
Full Time, Fixed Term (4-8 weeks) between June and August 2026
Responsible for:
The planning, organisation and running of the activities or tour programmes. Ensuring all student welfare needs are always met when on campus. Managing all student provisions including accepting deliveries and assigning food to students. Fully interacting and engaging with students across mealtimes, activities, and social time, ensuring all students are happy, having fun and participating at all times.
Is Training Provided?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive training programme prior to the summer through a mix of our online training portal and online video calls. We will talk you through every aspect of the summer, and you'll get to work closely with the Programme Managers and the teams from our other centres, so that when you start your new role, you know exactly what to do.
Person Specification
The person
These roles require outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident people who can communicate with large groups of people with ease. An ideal candidate can lead by example, participate in tasks with maximum effort, and is able to collaborate with colleagues to deliver exciting, fun, and engaging experiences for the students.
The roles require adaptability in approach and excellent organisational skills, as well as the ability to adapt plans in the moment. Team members are able to show initiative and common sense and can demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing situations with ease.
Skills and Abilities
Essentials:

Ability to engage with large groups of people in an entertaining and interactive way.

High level of spoken and written English.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Adaptability in working hours.

Eligibility to work in the UK from the employment commencement date.
Desirable:

Acting or theatrical experience
-
Intermediate or above in foreign languages (especially Mandarin, Arabic, Italian)

Participation in the Enhanced DBS Update Service (UK citizens only).

Safeguarding training / certification.
-
First Aid certification.
-
Knowledge of the local area.
-
Experience as part of a team, group, or society.

Experience in public speaking, performance, or engagement.

Experience participating in sports, games, arts, dance, or group activities.

Experience working with children aged 10-19 years.
Please Note
The role will only be offered to those who are able to complete a successful Enhanced DBS check (UK) / Police Check (non-UK) prior to the start of the programme.

Room and Board
Where a fully residential position is offered, employees will be provided with breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a standard single room, for which a weekly offset fee will be deducted from the salary.
Pay and Conditions
From £550 per week + holiday pay
