The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Finance, the Supply Chain Finance Analyst will be responsible for reporting weekly and monthly supply chain financial performance, including logistics and warehousing costs, as well as purchase price variance for both Personal Care and Beauty business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on supply chain financial performance, including logistics and warehousing costs and purchase price variance
  • Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and process improvements.
  • Provide financial analysis and support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
  • Communicate financial performance and insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Part or newly qualified accountant with relevant experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance.
  • High analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working with financial systems, preferably SAP.
  • Highly accurate with great attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Curious and inquisitive nature, with a desire to continuously learn and develop.
