Teach First Training Programme

Join the UK’s largest teaching and leadership programme.​

This is your opportunity to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of pupils from the most disadvantaged backgrounds. Right from the outset. Before you start in the classroom you will receive five weeks of intensive training, getting you ready to begin teaching from September. You will be employed by the same school for the two years of the programme. During this time you will receive constant support from Teach First as well as your in-school mentor. By the end of your first year, you will have received your PGCE and earned qualified teacher status.​
