Ready to accelerate your career in the automotive industry?

Join our Finance Graduate Programme at Constellation Automotive Group, the ‘backbone of the British car industry’. We’re looking for exceptional future leaders, who are resilient, driven and proactive, and in return we’ll provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure across our market-leading brands: webuyanycar, cinch, Marshall, and BCA UK.

    Why us?
As Europe’s largest vertically integrated digital car marketplace, our ambitious growth plans could put you at the heart of our next generation of business leaders, and into the driving seat of your career:

    • Industry Leader: Work with the biggest name in automotive remarketing.
    • Endless Opportunities: Gain exposure across the business with multiple rotations, such as Group Finance, FP&A and Financial Reporting.
    • Real Impact: Contribute to projects that drive innovation and efficiency.
    • Mentorship and Graduate Network: Guided development from senior leaders, and collaborate with your peers.

    What does it look like?

After an initial induction, you will move into the first of up to six placements across Constellation Automotive Group, in a variety of different businesses with exposure to both technical accounting as well as more commercially focussed finance roles.

Most of your time will be spent in Hook, Hampshire, although there will be opportunities for placements in other locations. You need to be happy to travel, but also work from home from time to time, as this is a hybrid role.

A senior mentor and a buddy will be provided to support you and make sure you get the most out of each rotation. You will be part of a larger cohort of graduates in other business areas, and this graduate community is a great source of insight and experience you can draw on.

    Skills you’ll learn

    • Assist in the production of timely and accurate financial reporting
    • Establish relationships within each of the different finance teams to aid professional development
    • Build technical knowledge to support local teams
    • Contribute to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the Group’s consolidated financial reporting
    • Develop proficiency in a variety of different finance systems used in key areas of the business
    • Maintain and improve financial reporting procedures

    • Minimum 2:1 degree, or predicted if graduating in 2026 – (this does not need to be a finance degree)
    • A minimum of three Bs at A-Level (or equivalent)
    • Have permission to work in the UK, without the need for sponsorship
    • Hold a full driving license - you’ll need to be comfortable with travel and frequent overnight stays
    • Ambition to build a career in finance
    • A strong communicator who builds relationships with stakeholders and can collaborate with others
    • Excellent attention to detail

    What’s the application process?

    1. Apply online with your CV.
    2. If successful, you’ll be sent a link to complete a video screen to share your motivations and knowledge of our business.
    3. Shortlisted candidates will then have an online interview.
    4. Final stage: Attend an assessment centre in Hook (expenses refunded) which will include a presentation to our senior finance leaders. You’ll meet current graduates and alumni, and experience our culture first-hand.
