Engineering: Software Developer, DevOps Analyst, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), Test Analyst
AI: AI Analyst
Information Security: Cybersecurity Analyst, Information Security Analyst, SOC Analyst, Privacy Analyst
Support & Operations: Service Desk Analyst, Application Support Analyst, Production Support Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting software development and engineering tasks

  • Assisting with deployments and infrastructure

  • Monitoring systems and resolving technical issues

  • Contributing to testing and quality assurance

  • Supporting IT service and operational delivery

Technical Skills (Advantageous)

  • Programming (Java, Python or similar)

  • CI/CD, version control

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

  • Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)
