I studied Accounting & Finance at Sheffield Hallam University and had no idea what I wanted to do after I graduated. After hearing good things about TPP, I decided to apply and following a super easy application process I was offered the role of Implementation Specialist.

Implementation Specialists are responsible for ensuring that healthcare organisations joining SystmOne experience a smooth transition. We manage the entire migration process which includes ensuring that key milestones are met and that data is migrated securely and accurately. We also get involved with numerous other projects, such as HR, invoicing and contracts to name a few. Even though I’ve been here for over 8 years, I’m constantly learning new things and developing new skills. Recently I’ve been involved in the migration of an entire Mental Health Trust as well as the migration of an Acute Hospital. I’ve also been involved in various international deployments in Malaysia which has allowed me to travel to an area of the world I never thought I’d get the chance to.

One of the best things about working here is the people. As a company, we are always arranging activities for everyone to get involved with which is a great way of getting to know each other. We also enjoy amazing benefits, such as a £300 birthday meal allowance which I use to treat my family and friends and company courses such as sailing in the British Virgin Islands and skiing in the French Alps!
