Meet Anais

When I joined as a trainee, I entered the Structured Capital Markets practice area and worked with a team assisting one of the world’s largest banks. Specifically, we were advising on plans to purchase and incorporate shorter-term credit agreements into their product range.

Day-to-day, the team trusted me to assist with crucial tasks. There was also ample client contact and opportunities to contribute to the conversation. I found it incredibly satisfying to work on the consumer duty side of the deal and see my input feed into the outcome.

Overall, I’ve gained valuable experience in an area where regulation works hard to keep pace with industry advancements. It’s been exciting to assist transactions of this nature in a fast-paced environment, as it’s helped me grasp complex documents and interactions.
