Advice featuring Capgemini
Meet Liam - Software Engineer – Insights & Data
What is your favourite Capgemini value and why?
For me Team Spirit is the most important and is probably a key value I am putting into practice daily. Many projects I work on are on a large scale and to be efficient and make significant progress, you need to work as a team.
When you are in a great team, you can trust that you’ve got each other’s back and can put in the effort collectively to get a piece of work over the line. There are times when one part of the team may be quieter than others so the value in working together couldn’t be more important.
What is your favourite thing about working at Capgemini?
My favourite thing has to be the endless opportunities to grow and activities to get involved in outside of your normal day to day role. Giving back is something I do a lot and to be able to get involved with initiatives like the ‘The Princes Trust’ Million Makers challenge or even assist a local food bank with revamping their referral form system, it provides me extra satisfaction as well as the chance to develop my skills even further. I’ve already seen the benefits in my day-to-day role from this.
The power of networking is also key and giving back opens endless number of doors to grow your own network which you never quite know where they will take you.
What does a day in the life look like for you?
My day starts with our “The Daily Stand-Up Call” with our delivery manager to understand the progress of the project and hear from each of the team on what they are/need to be working on.
Following this I would begin to focus on the tasks assigned to me, whether that was development or design work and liaising with other engineers when needed to produce a high-quality solution for our clients.
Throughout the day there are various calls that vary by day, but this could include client calls, retrospectives, extra-curricular community calls like our AI Community and more.
Being in a hybrid working environment, our days can look different dependent on if we are in the office or working from home. Overall, each day is different and being able to adapt to changes quickly is good skill to have.
What made you choose an apprenticeship?
The apprenticeship route was something I had always wanted to do. Having done Level 3 and 4 Apprenticeships before I joined Capgemini, I wanted to continue my education further with a degree but without sacrificing my career progression. At Capgemini, degree apprenticeships give you a permanent role from day one and allow you to work and study at the same time.
What would you say to a student looking for next steps after school/sixth form?
Apprenticeships are the best way to build you career and experience whilst gaining an education. Degree apprenticeships are a great way to get the best of both worlds; your debt free, being paid a competitive wage, gaining the work experience/skills whilst still enjoying the University experience.
Just think that by the end of your degree apprenticeship, you would come out with a degree, have 4-5 years’ work experience, already have significantly more career progression than your peers and already have a network of colleagues.
The opportunities you get working for a company like Capgemini are endless and there are many networks, communities and social events that take place within Capgemini as well.
What advice would you give to students looking to apply to Capgemini?
Be yourself but be bold. Capgemini want to see the true you so don’t try and be someone you’re not. This is your chance to stand out by showing your interest and enthusiasm both in the opportunity and also in the area you’re looking to join (E.g. Technology). If you have done mini projects/have examples of previous work, use them in your examples and talk about them.
Enjoy every part of the process. It may seem daunting, but this is your chance to shine so come into every stage of the process with confidence and just try your best. In the assessment centre stage, for me this was virtual, but the assessors are looking to see how you interact and work together with other individuals. Showing your willingness to problem-solve and to enable everyone to participate are key things they are looking for. Don’t sit back and stay quiet at this stage as this is your chance to make a good impression with everyone.
Certainly, do your research on Capgemini and their values as these are guaranteed to be mentioned at some point in the process. Doing this shows your commitment and interest in the opportunity to recruiters and will also benefit you in your knowledge of the organisation you are looking to join.
Meet Scarlett - Procurement Assistant – Ecosystems
What is your favourite thing about working at Capgemini?
The culture. I have managed to find likeminded individuals of all ages who I class as friends for life. We have the chance to collaborate on meaningful work and have produced outcomes together that are worth celebrating.
What is your favourite Capgemini value and why?
Fun! The extracurricular activities we have the chance to get involved in means that I can maintain a work life balance and get to know other people (from all areas of the business and from all different walks of life!). I can also find new work opportunities through meeting so many new people in a comfortable environment away from the workplace.
What does a day in the life look like for you?
My day looks a lot like collecting data on our partners by going out to delivery areas and asking for appraisals & feedback. I am currently working with the Partner Relationship Manager to create positive working relationships with our partners/suppliers. The future for me looks like going out to our partners to meet them and enhancing these relationships.
I’m also studying the Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship which is a business and leadership course. It has helped me understand how to manage and run projects in detail and I have recently had the opportunity to own my own project in my current team. In this role and previous I have learnt skills to help me train new starters, put new ideas forward to help my team work more efficiently and have grown a lot in confidence.
What would you say to a student (apprentice or graduate) looking for next steps after school/sixth form?
I would say apply for as many apprenticeships as you can and attend all careers and apprenticeship events as you can find. My experience was schools do not always give students full support in finding an apprenticeship or next step as university is still the typical next step in the path.
I personally found a company online and attended a lot of their events to find out more about companies offering apprenticeships I was interested in. Capgemini attend their events and that’s where my interest in Capgemini began.
What advice would you give to students looking to apply to Capgemini?
Be yourself. I found that when I joined the apprenticeship, we were all from different academic backgrounds, you do not necessarily need the top grades to be successful in joining Capgemini. I found that those who showed a positive attitude and a personality that would fit in with the culture, were the ones who were accepted into the apprenticeship. Skills can be taught overtime at Capgemini whereas passion and personability can’t.
Meet Lucinda - Business Operations Analyst
What is your favourite Capgemini value and why?
One of Capgemini’s core values is “Fun.” This value emphasises the importance of enjoying what you do and fostering a positive work environment. This value resonates with me and many other employees because it promotes a culture of collaboration, creativity, and engagement. When we have fun at work, it often leads to increased morale, better teamwork, and ultimately, enhanced productivity and innovation.
What is it that you do? Please include programme, job title, business area, etc
I am on the Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship and my role is a Business Operations Analyst working within the Bus Ops Hub. The Bus Ops Hub was created this year, and we have begun to improve processes within business operations to ensure that we work as efficiently as possible. I have taken part in leading discovery sessions, created automations and created SharePoint sites.
What does a day in the life look like for you?
My day starts off with a team call, “The Daily Stand-Up Call”, where we share our priorities of the day and raise any concerns or blockers.
Following this call, I have tasks from my manager often involving research and discussions with different stakeholders. Continuous communication with my manager is a key aspect, as I provide updates on my progress throughout the day.
After completion of these tasks, I will complete activities for resourcing a long side any finance-based tasks. Throughout the day, I will also be attending meetings and replying to emails.
What advice would you give to students looking to apply to Capgemini?
I would say if you aren’t sure what you want to do don’t jump at university because your friends are. Get different jobs and explore as much as possible to be able to recognise what you love doing.
Be yourself, understanding and researching about Capgemini will benefit you and will help you know what sort of company we are. Don’t shy away, show what you are passionate about and be authentic.
What is the Learning & Development like at Capgemini?
There is a strong emphasis on employee growth. I enjoy the access to various training programs, workshops, and resources that allow me to continually develop my skills and knowledge in the field of business operations. Earning my first promotion within just 10 months of joining Capgemini stands as a compelling testament to their unwavering commitment to nurturing our professional growth and advancement.
Meet Ani - UX Interaction Designer
What is your favourite thing about working at Capgemini?
My favourite thing about working at Capgemini is the people. Specifically, the work environment that is fostered by the people. Everyone is very sincere, understanding, cooperative and non-judgmental. As an apprentice, the people I work with have so much experience and are willing to share it, which is invaluable for my own growth and exposure.
What is your favourite Capgemini value and why?
Tie between freedom and trust. These values foster a type of environment that allows me to learn without fear of judgement. I can ask ‘stupid’ questions, I am given responsibility to add real value. I feel supported to grow in a safe but challenging environment.
What does a day in the life look like for you?
Day-to-day, I focus on content design, this can look like working with researchers and performance analysts to understand research insights and turn them into design solutions. Or collaborating with the design team to innovate good design and compare different solutions.
I use common tools daily such as Figma, GDS prototyping kit and GitHub to create, maintain and update prototypes that will be used in user testing. Other tools include Word and Mural for content or other design documentation.
I also work with the wider project to understand how we can technically implement design changes to promote innovation and work around any limitations.
On a weekly basis, I have regular calls with my stakeholders and team, to showcase our progress, get their feedback and allow them to understand and participate in the design process. Because of this, it has enabled me to build a strong working relationship with them and learn from their experience!
What did you study at university? How has this helped you in getting a job at Capgemini and in your role?
I previously studied BA Journalism and Communication at Cardiff University, the key soft skills in journalism are also present in UX. This includes being research driven, knowing how to communicate and present your ideas appropriately – basically being empathetic.
The hard skills such as learning new tools are easy (for me) to pick up, compared to the core principles that make a good designer.
What would you say to a student (apprentice or graduate) looking for next steps after school/sixth form?
Look at other people who are in the position you want to be in. Some industries have set career paths, but others are very open. That should inform what direction you want to go down.
Figure out why you want to go down a specific path and look for all jobs that fit your values, you might be surprised to find jobs that fit you perfectly, but you didn’t even know existed – that was the case for me and UX.
Any words of advice to students looking to apply to Capgemini?
Look at the company values, the work environment and talk to as many people you can.
The work environment plays a huge role in how much you can grow, learn, develop and enjoy life, as we spend the majority of our day working.
Meet Rhiannon - Graduate Project Management Officer
Learning what these practices can do for calming the nervous system and releasing tension inspired her to share her experience. Hear her story of how she is bringing wellness to Capgemini.
I have been working at Capgemini as a Graduate Project Management Officer for 11 months in the public sector. I have had an amazing journey so far and had some great role models who have supported my development and graced me with great opportunities.
Aside from my role at Capgemini, I have been deeply interested in the benefits of Yoga, movement, and stretching since I was a young girl.
I decided to explore this further and in February 2023 I embarked on a journey to India, Rishikesh, where I studied and gained 500hr Yoga Alliance Teacher Certification in Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga.
I also completed my Sound Healing qualification, which gave me an understanding of how sound and vibration can be used as a modality to directly calm the nervous system.
I had so many beautiful experiences on this journey, met some amazing people and gained deep knowledge of the mind, body and soul which I was eager to share with the wider world. However, I was particularly interested in sharing this knowledge with the corporate world.
The Corporate world is so fast paced, ever growing, expanding and changing. It can leave many of us feeling in a constant ‘fight or flight’ mode, due to deadlines, expectations and pressures. Simultaneously, people are also trying to navigate their own personal lives, which may feel overwhelming and like a ‘balancing act’.
We are also often behind laptop screens and sat down for most of the day, which can create tension within the body and result to an increase of stress.
After experiencing this myself and hearing other people’s experiences, I realised there was a great demand for mental and physical wellness within the corporate world.
I was inspired to start teaching Breathwork, Sound, Meditation and Yoga workshops across Capgemini to help support mental wellbeing within the workplace.
It was important to me that people had access to wellbeing tools to manage their day, release tension from the body and feel good within themselves.
Furthermore, I have led 4 sessions so far which has been a great success, and I have received amazing feedback from the wider business.
My experience with teaching corporate workshops has helped myself and others understand how important it is to take some conscious time for yourself during the day, to internalize your awareness and understand what the body needs.
I am so grateful for my journey so far and seeing the positive impact this has created for individuals and the business.
Meet Sahib - Test Analyst
What is your favourite thing about working at Capgemini?
Capgemini is an incredible place to work! My favourite thing about working at Capgemini is that it provides great learning and growth opportunities. Capgemini encourages continuous learning and provides all with various training programs, certifications, and resource to help employees enhance their skills to support advancement in their career. Throughout my journey here at Capgemini, I have been able to successfully complete several certifications that are recognised globally.
What is your favourite Capgemini value and why?
Out of the seven values at Capgemini, my favourite value has to be Freedom. Capgemini recognises the importance of autonomy and flexibility to allow employees to make their own decisions and contribute in their own unique ways. There are a number of ways in which I have been able to practice this value, such as flexibility in working arrangements gives me more control over my time and work in ways that best suits my preferences and personal circumstances. Opportunities to grow my skillset by attending training programs and completing certification.
What is it that you do?
I work as a Test Analyst within the Packaged Based Solution (PBS) Practice. The main focus of my role is to complete the System Test (ST) phase of testing, where we test new functionality which has been developed at the back of requirements received from clients.
What does a day in the life look like for you?
A typical “Day in the Life” of a Test Analyst would involve reviewing the project requirements and gaining a clear understanding of the testing objectives and scope by collaborating with the Functional team. Upon understanding the project requirements, I would move onto the Test Planning and Design phase, whereby I would script for the test cases to be executed. I would then start the execution phase and document the evidence. I would raise defects, should any be found during the execution phase and discuss this with the Functional and Development Team and retest upon receiving a fix. I attend daily stand-up calls and other meetings giving my input, support other team members and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions within my test team.
What did you study at university? How has this helped you in getting a job at Capgemini and in your role?
I studied BSc Computer Science at Aston University. Studying Computer Science gave me a strong technical foundation in fundamental concepts, principles, and techniques of programming, software engineering and software development. This knowledge helped me as a Tester as it allowed me to understand the underlying technology and systems being tested, allowing me to create more effective test cases and identify potential areas of risk early.
Problem solving and Analytical thinking skills are very important for a Tester, which I studied during my Computer Science Degree. Being able to analyse requirements, identify test scenarios, design test cases, and investigate defects found during testing is essentially what a Tester does. Having studies this, helped me break down complex problems, think logically, and approach testing systematically to ensure thorough coverage.
What made you choose a graduate programme?
Coming fresh out of university and stepping foot in the working world can be very daunting. However, for me my early days here at Capgemini had been far from that as starting as a Graduate I got a lot of support helping me ease into my role, which was the only reason for joining via the Graduate programme.
Prior to starting my role, I attended several training days which provided me with the necessary skills and knowledge that was needed to help excel in my role. Upon starting my role, I was assigned with a Buddy who supported me all the way along and answered any ‘silly’ questions that I had, and I was then given the opportunity to learn on-the-job which has now resulted in solid foundation for my career.
What advice would you give to students looking to apply to Capgemini?
My advice to students would be firstly, to prepare and take time to understand Capgemini, what they do, their values and the role you are applying for. Secondly, build a professional network (LinkedIn is great for this) and connect with current employees who can give a better insight of the role and the culture here at Capgemini. Networking can open doors to a number of opportunities. And finally, be persistent! Don’t get discouraged by rejections or setbacks, be proactive in seeking opportunities and ask for feedback. It is important to set clear goals, as this is what will keep you motivated and focused. Setbacks and challenges are a natural part of the learning process.
Never be afraid to ask for help. If you’re facing challenges or difficulties, don’t hesitate to seek help from others. Asking for assistance is a sign of strength, and people are often eager to support and give guidance. Stay motivated, persevere through difficult times and celebrate small victories along the way. Your hard work and dedication will pay off in the long run.
Had you heard of Capgemini before joining? What did you think it would be like vs what it is really like?
Prior to joining Capgemini, I had heard a number of good things such as, they place a strong emphasis on employee development meaning I could learn and expand my knowledge and skillset whilst working, opportunities to work on several projects and opportunities to grow my career as I was told that Capgemini offers various career paths which would allow you to explore different roles, industries and technologies. Now being here, my views haven’t changed on Capgemini at all. My journey at Capgemini has been incredible!
Meet Brad - Business Analyst

My favorite thing about Capgemini is you get given so many opportunities to excel in your career, whether that be gaining new certifications, working with high profile clients as consultants or learning new skills with Capgemini Guilds.
What is your favourite Capgemini value and why?

What does a day in the life look like for you?
A day in my life starts with a stand-up call, where people in the team share what they are working on for the day and we use the session to offer support to other members on the team.
We work as a team to work with the client to help deliver their data migration project by ensuring their new system has good data quality, everyone on the team is extremally helpful and we all collaborate together. We work with an Oracle database to profile data and create reports.
What did you study at university?
Business Information Technology (BIT), this has helped me with my role as it has given me prior knowledge on SQL which is a key part of my role where we profile data a lot of a Business Analyst and provide support to the developers. BIT helped me getting a job at Capgemini as I had already studied a variety of areas in IT such as coding and Data Analytics; by finding the role at Capgemini in Insights & Data – it was a perfect match!
What advice would you give to students looking to apply to Capgemini?
I think if you are looking to launch a career in the world of IT, then Capgemini is the perfect match as there are so many different technologies we get to experience, you can expose yourself to many different areas of IT.
Meet Jimmy - Functional Consultant
What is it that you do?
It’s never simple explaining what I do – I am a Functional (Business Solutions) Consultant in the Oracle Practice. Functional Consultants provide advice and support to businesses about Oracle technology that can perform critical tasks and processes. They recommend and configure technology-based solutions to address a client or organisation’s business needs.
What does a day in the life look like for you?
Each day begins with a call with the internal team to discuss progression and roadblocks, if any, as we work directly with the client and third parties. This call is essential as plenty of meetings occur and communication of progress is vital day to day, so the Project Manager (PM) is aware of the project status.
During the week, there will be multiple meetings within the Capgemini team and with the client. I facilitate and partake in weekly project and workstream meetings with the stakeholders. These meetings help the project team highlight and prioritise when to get actions completed by. Good levels of communication are paramount in every milestone of the project.
Alongside this, I am involved with internal work across the Business Unit, and I assist with the Oracle University Learning Subscription, tracking the different teams within the Oracle Delivery Unit (DU). I also participate in a variety of the company wide calls including the Race & Equality Network (REN), Graduate & Apprentice calls and Learning & Development specific.
What advice would you give to students looking to apply to Capgemini?
Make sure to network whenever you get a chance and don’t shy away from questions! Network everywhere. Make sure to take advantage of platforms like LinkedIn and reach out to people involved in your tech space/interests. Networking contributes to your social well-being, and it leads to the exchange of ideas. It will definitely boost your professional confidence.
From my experience at Capgemini, everyone truly values wellbeing and fosters an inclusive culture to work in. If you ever feel stressed or worried about anything, make sure to reach out and ask for some advice!
Meet Elizabeth - Graduate Cloud PMO Analyst, Oracle Delivery Unit
What is it that you do?
I work in a PMO (project management office) role and work directly with the Engagement Manager (EM), project leadership team and clients to ensure the project is running smoothly. Within this role, I work with various people across different business areas to define and maintain standards as the Delivery partner to the client.
What does a day in the life look like for you?
Typically, the day starts with a run of reports (financial, time booking and holiday management) and a check-in with resources. I run through the diary and ensure all action logs are complete ahead of the sessions with the team and client, and if required, provide relevant documentation to the leadership team.
As my role is predominately governance based, I ensure that our expectations and deliverables to the customer are on track and progressing efficiently. I support the EM with various tasks throughout the month, with a particular focus on the financial tracking and month-end processes. I maintain all governance and documentation for the project and provide status reports across the wider business unit.
What advice would you give to students looking to apply to Capgemini?
Take it one step at a time, and don’t be afraid to ask for help. Each person you work with has started somewhere and are always there to point you in the right direction. Accept that you may feel uncomfortable but be prepared to start conversations with those around you for extra support!
Meet Roisin - Application Consultant
What is it that you do?
As consultants, we get this question all the time by friends, family, and other grads looking for a career path to delve in to. Unfortunately for all, the answer is almost always “it depends”. What you do on a day-to-day basis depends on the type of project, the team, the phase of the project you’re in, the current trends in the tech world, and the client.
I’m an Applications Consultant (Infrastructure Engineer) working in a technical team focused primarily on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This involves creating, managing, and updating a client’s cloud infrastructure, as well as their databases, virtual machines, and any other elements they require for a fully functional cloud system. Projects can range from simply updating a client’s existing cloud, to creating a brand-new infrastructure from the ground up.
What does a day in the life look like for you?
Over the course of the week, I might migrate a database and ensure the client has all the correct documentation for it, set up a future migration and its documents, or I might help sort out any outstanding issues the client is having with the new servers. Some weeks will have more migrations planned than others, which makes for busy days, while others will be calmer, and I can crack on with the less technical and more admin side of things. That could mean responding to emails, meetings, sharing information to other team members, knowledge transfer sessions, etc. I might also do more work outside of the project or personal development, such as training, volunteering, and internal calls.
It’s this variety that makes the job unique and fun, despite how hard it can make it to describe! No two weeks will look the same and every project will be different.
What advice would you give to students looking to apply to Capgemini?
My best piece of advice is to be proactive, in both your work and your learning. If you finish a task or find you aren’t being challenged enough, then it’s in everyone’s best interests that you reach out to a teammate, manager, or team lead and say as much. It’ll help show people you are ready for more work and are a valuable member of the team. Plus, helping your colleagues is a great thing to do anyway! Another way to be proactive is to participate in non-project-based work, like volunteering, internal talks, or one of the many networks across the company. This is an area you can really have fun with and pursue for your own personal development.
Meet Nikhita - Consultant
What is your favourite thing about working at Capgemini?
My favourite thing about working at Capgemini is the wide range of projects and clients I have worked for. In my year and half here, I’ve worked across four different projects in various industries. I enjoy getting to grips with how Capgemini is benefitting their clients through particular projects and being a part of that process.
Get The Future You Want is a big part of setting you up for success and encouraging you to take ownership of your development. What opportunities have you had to shape your career at Capgemini?
The biggest opportunity I have had was a part of the Empower Graduate Programme which focuses on the development of soft skills such as resilience, communication, empathy etc. As part of this programme, I attended a High Impact Communication Course, this was a 2 day in person workshop which focused on how to communicate and present effectively to everyone in the room. I found this to be key in developing my presentation and communication skills as well as my confidence, especially as I sit in a client-facing role.
What does a day in the life look like for you?
My day in the life of a functional consultant is varied and usually depends on the phase the project is currently in. For example, during the discovery phase, I will be involved in gathering requirements and understanding pain points in workshops. After that session, I would help to translate these requirements into user stories to be built later in salesforce. Alternatively, I could be in the back end of salesforce setting up configuration for the client’s organisation.
What made you choose a graduate programme?
I picked this graduate programme as it was structured gave me a chance to experience the life of a consultant within a well-established company who specialises in tech consulting.
What advice would you give to students looking to apply to Capgemini?
Capgemini is a great place to start your career, you will be fully supported in the role you choose. It provides plenty of opportunities to develop yourself professionally and personally.
If you are unsure what you want to do as the next step, the graduate programme is a great place to start. There are many roles available across different business units such as Insights and Data or Digital Customer Experience. Working at Capgemini has allowed me to figure out what area I most enjoy working in and create my career path around that.
Meet Ffion - Business Analyst
What is your favourite thing about working at Capgemini?
The flexibility to explore the things that you are interested in. I have done so many courses using the Next/ Degreed tool as well as external courses where I can learn what ever interests me. I also have flexibility to work on things that are interesting to me (getting involved with the graduate community in particular.) In my job role, I have flexibility to work outside of my job description to complete tasks that interest me (I am a BA but do some Scrum Master meeting facilitation because it gives variety, and I enjoy it.) There is also flexibility in working hours and a mutual respect between colleagues that we get the job done but we can have fun doing it.
What does a day in the life look like for you?
A day in my life can vary from meetings with my team, processing tickets, supporting stakeholders and informing them of any issues. I also check reported issues by users and creating tickets to fix these, before raising a ticket I have to consider workload of the dependencies to ensure that it is feasible.
What did you study at university?
Business and Management, it helped me develop a business mindset. I always say that the degree doesn’t really matter because it is not about knowing what the answer is, it is about knowing how to communicate with others and being thorough and passionate about your work.
Since joining Capgemini I have done a Business Analyst Diploma which has been intertwined with my day-to-day role and has given me techniques such as modelling processes, stakeholder management and requirements reporting.
What made you choose an apprenticeship OR a graduate programme?
The Capgemini graduate programme offered a great opportunity to work in a large company with career progression prospects. The organisation, it’s clients and the people that work here would provide a solid base to start my career and create good connections and a wide network. They presented themselves as a place to learn and grow and develop skills to become a successful consultant while offering additional support as graduates gain experience. I always liked the idea of becoming a consultant as you don’t have to commit to an industry, you can rotate on and off projects and test out different industries.
What advice would you give to students looking to apply to Capgemini?
Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to decide you career now. There will always be opportunity to re-train whenever you feel inspired to do something new. Focus on what would allow you to achieve your goals and help you have the most fun at this time. The money and the career development and the experience will come in time if you focus on the short term straight out of sixth form.
It is not about what you know, it is about how much you are willing to learn and how you will apply that learning. Capgemini are a company that pride themselves in the people that work for them. If your values are the same as the company’s values express that in the best way possible. Be yourself and enjoy the process, you will meet so many new people and get exposure to different points of view and it is a very valuable experience.
Had you heard of Capgemini before joining? What did you think it would be like vs what it is really like?
Capgemini was introduced to me when studying management consultancy module in final year at university. I thought that the company would be inaccessible to me as I did not have much technical knowledge. This is not true and is open to those with business and technical knowledge!
