Starting her journey through our apprenticeship route, Ellie chose hands-on experience over university and has grown in the firm all the way through to becoming a trusted adviser for a wide range of clients. What defines Ellie’s experience here is balance and growth. She’s developed through real responsibility, client exposure, and secondments that have stretched her skills.
