The thing I enjoy most about working at Operis is the people. Approachability is a core asset of Operis that continues behind the scenes to create a collaborative space with opportunities to learn from and teach others. There are also many occasions to socialise after-hours with subsidised events and sports teams through our Ents committee.

Operis has consistently provided opportunities to further my career by working on projects across various sectors and geographies, supporting studying for CFA qualifications, and encouraging attendance to industry seminars and networking events. I have also been well supported with the opportunity to move my focus to the advisory side of our business.

I joined as a graduate analyst. The reasons I applied to Operis are the same reasons I enjoy working here now as a Manager. It is a happy and sociable environment, and the company invests in its employees’ development.
