Learning opportunities and Qualifications

Across the 4-year programme Analysts gain:

  • Facilitated training by industry experts in Business, Change and Digital Fundamentals
  • Facilitated training by industry experts across our 8 Skills and Behaviours framework
  • Complete a minimum of 6 industry recognised qualifications
  • Trained in 8 Microsoft Applications
  • Have the opportunity to work towards a CMI Leadership and Management Diploma which consists of 10 facilitated training modules.
  • Upskill in AI through our AI Lab training programme
  • Draw down on a training budget of £2,600 which helps them to tailor their learning and development programme to their future career aspirations

Adaptable roles

Grayce Analysts are known for their adaptability and results driven mind set. With this in mind your role and day to day on client site can change over time based on the placement you are working on.

On the Business Pathway some of the disciplines you could be expected to work in are Business Analysis, PMO or Project Management or you could be in a Hybrid role.

On the Digital Pathway some of the disciplines you could be expected in are Data Analysis, Service desk, Info Sec/Cyber Security, Software Development, Testing or DevOps.

Salary

Grayce hires all Analysts to start on the same salary and package, ensuring equality and fairness. Currently our starting salary for Greater London is £26,800 and for the rest of the UK it is £24,000.

We have a structured and well designed salary progression plan, which takes into account performance and tenure. On average our Analyst salaries increase by 22% per annum.

Travel

A Grayce Analyst should be prepared for regional travel to and from client site, which can involve up to a 1-hour commute one way, five days a week. While the necessity of this commute depends on your specific client assignment, be aware that client requirements may change, and you may be rotated to different assignments where this travel is expected.

Occasionally, you might be required to travel outside of your region which can be common or even internationally which is rare. In these instances, all travel expenses will be covered by Grayce or the Client.

Office time

As a Consultancy remote or hybrid working is at the discretion of our Grayce clients and what their specific needs are for the Analysts working with them.

Some clients may expect you to be in office 5 days a week and others have a hybrid or remote working models.
