Q.1 What does your job involve?

The purpose of my job is developing the German market for the Joris Ide division so that the brand is known to our customers for its complete product range and excellent service! In particular, I try to help our existing and new customers to grow together with our company. Communication about prices and market situations are essential in this topic.

Q.2 What is the most interesting project you’ve been involved with?

As salesperson, it is difficult to highlight one specific project. What’s the most interesting thing for me, is to achieve more market insight. That leads to a better knowledge of why prices become more expensive or cheaper. In that way, I understand the market fluctuations what results in a more efficient sales conversation.

Q.3 What advice would you give to new Graduates joining our Company?

Don’t be afraid to take the (huge) step to work four our company. The people with experience are polite, are open to help, and allow you to make mistakes. Show that you are ambitious and sooner or later opportunities will arise to grow within the company.

Q.4 What excites you most about Kingspan?

“Learning by doing” is the Kingspan mentality. In that way, I’ve received the chance to learn in a quick way. Also, the fact that the company invests a lot in a greener world, thanks to The Planet Passionate project, is an attractive point to work for Kingspan.
