Meet Stephanie, Partner Account Manager

How did you end up working at Spitfire?

During my time at University, I worked in several retail jobs and really enjoyed the sales and customer service elements of the roles. I studied chemical engineering at the University of Birmingham and after graduation, I knew I wanted to go into a technical sales role!

What do you enjoy the most about working here?

I enjoy being part of a close knit team where we are able to support and learn from each other as well as having been able to develop strong relationships with the customers I look after over the last 4 years. I also really enjoy the fast paced environment within the ever changing world of technology and comms – there are new products and new things to learn every day.

What’s your role?

I am one of the Partner Account Managers within my team. I manage a mix of relationships between customers and our Partners. I ensure that I fully understand the technical requirements of a project and design an appropriate and effective solution to meet them. This can be a range of data, voice, multisite or mobile solutions.

What do you do with your time outside of work?

Atlas, who is a currently 5 month old german shepherd puppy, has recently joined the family. Most of my time is ensuring we are working hard with his training and that he has enough exercise! Outside of this, I enjoy playing a variety of games on PC, PS4 or my Nintendo Switch.
