Overall, how would you describe your experience at Knight Frank?
Knight Frank is an excellent company to work for. Given the size of Knight Frank there is a very large number of opportunities available to me and I also feel Knight Frank is good at creating supportive environments to assist me with my work.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The Residential Academy includes 4 rotations, I started in Client Services, where I was assigned 3 offices and my role was to chase stock and book market appraisals for these offices. This taught me how to create an opportunity out of nothing, a useful skill in estate agency, and improved my confidence speaking to clients over the phone. I also learnt how to create trusting relationships with clients over the phone. I am now in my sales rotation, where I am learning how to best create urgency and encourage offers from buyers. The skills I have learnt in Client services are very useful for my sales rotation.
