I wanted to work for a company that cares about people and has a positive impact on society. Lloyds Banking Group does both. Even when I was applying, they did what they could to support my dyslexia. At the assessment centre, I was paired with someone and had extra time. That said a lot about how much they want people to succeed and feel included. Every day is a fresh learning opportunity – there’s no typical day in my role. And I like that I’m given opportunities to take ownership. My learning isn’t just about the day-to-day role. It also comes from the people I get to engage with outside of it, which is really meaningful.

I feel I can go anywhere and do anything here. The future is a blank page.
