Overview

My interest in tech comes from a genuine curiosity about how things work and how they can be improved. With a background in healthcare and people-focused roles, I have seen how the right tools and systems can transform how we work, making things faster, clearer, and more efficient. Since completing Ten10 Core training, I have developed a strong foundation in Technology. It’s really improved my understanding of key concepts and given me the confidence to put them into practice on real projects. I am excited to keep growing in the tech space, building on my technical skills while using my communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset to add real value to any team I join.

Previous Work Experience

My career began in healthcare, where I worked as a trainee pharmacist in high-pressure environments requiring precision, critical thinking, and strong communication. In this role, I regularly interpreted clinical information, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and used various systems to manage data and ensure patient safety. This experience strengthened my ability to analyse complex information, stay detail-oriented, and solve problems in real time, all while maintaining a calm and professional approach. Alongside this, I worked in customer-facing and support roles, where I developed the people skills to manage sensitive situations, resolve issues efficiently, and adapt to different working styles. These transferable skills have been key as I transitioned into tech, where I’ve continued to build on them through ten10 training. I bring with me a unique mix of analytical thinking, resilience, and a genuine curiosity to learn and improve, qualities I believe add real value to any team I join. Most recently, I completed an intensive training programme with Ten10 where I worked in agile teams to simulate real client projects. This involved participating in sprint ceremonies, interpreting user stories, reporting bugs, and contributing to collaborative problem-solving. I also gained experience in stakeholder management, effectively communicating progress and challenges to ensure alignment across teams. This experience has helped me sharpen both my technical and soft skills, and reinforced my interest in roles that combine problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous learning.
