What does your job involve?

My job involves assisting the marketing function in delivering the agreed marketing strategy to maximise revenue streams and coordinate marketing of a range of programs across different markets. This involves the implementation of a social media approach/strategy & plan, updating product technical and application brochures, coordination of webinar events, print literature and product samples, as well as assisting with development, updating & general management of the company website.

What is the most interesting project you’ve been involved in?

The creation of our new website is one of the most interesting projects I have been involved in. This involved the creation of a variety of pages such as product, brand, services, case studies, knowledge base articles and news articles, as well as a lot of technical work in the back end to ensure our pages show correctly.

While this was a challenge for me and involved a lot of work, this experience enabled me to learn so much in terms of the back end of the website as well as build on my skills of Adobe Experience Manager, attention to detail and product knowledge.

What advice would you give to new Graduates joining our Company?

When entering the business, it is best to absorb as much information as you can early on, not just within your specific department, but how the business operates. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and get to know your team, as this is a business that is built to support each other.
