“I already feel like I’m in the ‘what’s next’ part!”

My day-to-day is a mix of research, presentations, writing up documentation and more technical work. Mainly coding in Python, using Pycharm or Jupyter notebooks for rough work or guided presentations, some SQL/Teradata and a fair bit of GitHub enterprise. In my previous team, I helped to make the guidance and tooling for ethical AI much more user-friendly. Now I’m in Voice Analytics in Natural Language Engineering, doing research and exploratory coding, which is helping to set some of the direction of the project. The best project I’ve worked on involved building some installable Python libraries from scratch. Teams have found them really useful and seeing that has been very rewarding. All the grads on the scheme get along so well, which is nice to have when starting a new journey. I’m so pleased I chose Lloyds Banking Group.
