Meet Holly, a Project Manager for Skanska

I joined Skanska in 2018 as a graduate civil engineer. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of infrastructure projects.

From upgrading water mains through central London, to building bridges and preparing for tunnelling on High Speed 2, I've really enjoyed being a part of shaping the future infrastructure in the UK.

At Skanska I have had great opportunities to further my professional development. They have supported me as an Institution of Civil Engineers 'President's Future Leader', and to complete a design secondment to Mott MacDonald. After achieving my Chartership I was also supported to take a sabbatical to achieve one of my personal life goals of solo-travelling South America. I now work as a Project Manager looking at business strategy - which has been a great opportunity to further broaden my skills.
