What do you find most interesting about your industry?

I work under the Health Solution Line at Aon, and I think the most interesting part is how every day is different. Being client facing means I get to speak to so many different personalities and help with a really wide range of queries.

What three top tips would you give to students wanting to follow in your footsteps?

1. Be fearless! Apply for roles even if they will require you to step out your comfort zone.
2. Be inquisitive - don’t be afraid to ask lots of questions, people are always more than happy to help and it’s a good way of showcasing your interest.
3. Prepare for any interview or assessment centre by reading about Aon online and having a good understanding on what Aon does outside of your chosen solution line.

Outside of your day-to-day role, are you involved in any extracurricular activities at Aon?

I participate in Aon’s Run Club. There have been occasions when a huge group of us run to from Leadenhall to Westminster and back! This has been a really great activity in a social sense, but also in terms of networking with different colleagues which will be super useful in the future.
