Oliver Morter joined BNY Mellon in London on the Global Client Management (GCM) Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) in August 2022, having recently graduated from the University of Bath studying Economics. "My first 4-month rotation is in GCM, where I’ll be supporting 2 Managing Directors and following on from this I’ll be rotating across 2 other businesses, each for 4 months. My degree included a year-long Internship, which I spent in GCM at BNY Mellon".

"I chose to return to BNY Mellon because of the banks great culture, where throughout my Internship I developed a range of skills and understanding of the financial services industry. I’ve enjoyed my training and first rotation, learning a lot and being provided with a range of opportunities".
