Everyone was welcoming, supportive and always willing to help, which made Carter Jonas a very attractive place to start my career. I’m really enjoying it. Balancing university and work can be challenging at times, but the support from my York colleagues has been fantastic. It’s also been rewarding to apply what I’m learning directly to my work. The culture is centred around hard work, which motivates you to do your best. At the same time, there’s a strong sense of support and collaboration, with plenty of networking opportunities and colleagues who are always willing to help.
