Meet Beth, an Implementation Specialist at TPP

I began my career in the beauty industry after completing college and becoming a qualified Beauty Therapist. While I enjoyed the fast-paced environment and building relationships with clients, after two years in the salon, I realised I was ready to explore new opportunities. This eventually led me to discover the role of an Implementation Specialist at TPP.

Implementation Specialists are responsible for ensuring that healthcare organisations joining SystmOne experience a smooth transition. We manage the entire migration process which includes ensuring that key milestones are met and that data is migrated securely and accurately in the UK and internationally. We also get involved with various other projects, such as HR, invoicing and contracts. Even though I’ve been here for 20 years, I’m constantly learning new things and developing new skills.

I have been involved in a large variety of deployments over the years, such as General Practice, Community and Hospital migrations. I’ve overseen the implementation of a large Mental Health Trust, which involved migrating 220,000 patient records into SystmOne, as well as the implementation of SystmOne internationally to both a large hospital group in Vietnam and over 300 health clinics in Malaysia. This has allowed me to travel to an area of the world I never thought I’d get the chance to go to.
