Here you'll find a list of the top 300 graduate employers across all sectors. The results are from the Cibyl Graduate Research UK 2024 survey. The survey determines not only the most popular 300 graduate employers in the UK overall, but also the most popular graduate employers in a range of career sectors. Scroll to the bottom to find the top ten employers in sectors from accountancy to scientific research.
Survey methodology
The Cibyl Graduate Research UK 2024 survey was open for responses from September 2023 to January 2024. Firstly, the survey asked respondents to declare a broad career area in which they were interested. Secondly, they were provided with a list of sector-relevant employers and asked to select all employers/brands that they were aware of. Thirdly, they selected the top ten employers that appealed to them most as a first graduate employer and then the top three that they would most like to work for. Once collected, the data was weighted by university and gender identity based on the Higher Education Statistic Agency’s (HESA’s) figures to ensure that findings are representative of the UK student population.
